Gay is a solid veteran with a decade of experience that could still offer a lot to the Sixers during games. He also has a really solid mid-range game, hitting 50 percent of his attempted shots between 16 feet and the 3-point line. McLemore took a step back statistically due to lowered minutes last season, but has improved his 3-point shot every season during his NBA career. Gay averaged 17.2 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game last year, and McLemore averaged 7.8 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game. Both of them are solid wing players that could potentially add some decent 3-point shooting next year.īoth players shot near 30 percent from beyond the arc last season. Since the Sixers have way too many big men already, they likely are uninterested in Koufos, but could be interested in Gay or McLemore. Kosta Koufos, Ben McLemore and, of course, Rudy Gay are three Sacramento Kings available via trade, according to league sources
